I got the coffee (and learned the recipe) from a Greek lady, but I guess Turkish coffee is the same thing :aww:

So, how do you make it?

You photograph it well.

Do you ever put sambuca in it?

No, I keep it simple: put enough fresh, cold water into the copper pot, add a dash of sugar (because I prefer it slightly sweet), mix with enough coffee (coffee should be extra fine ground), put on a low heat, wait till the foam appears, take the pot off the stove, mix with a spoon, put on the low heat again, wait for the foam to raise, take it off the stove again but don't mix this time, then put it on low heat _again_, wait for the foam to raise, take it off, switch off the stove, et voila!

Now I must try it. (sugar goes in early eh? Interesting.)

Yes, because it's Greek coffee: you should not mix it with a spoon once you poor it into a cup. So sugar must already be there if you prefer it sweet :D
